OYIGBO UPDATE: There must be no elections in Oyigbo as Desmond Akawor yesterday paid the sum of N20m to the Presiding Officers in that area. The money was paid to the leader of the team who is lodged in one of the high brow hotels belonging to a PDP Chief in the old GRA axis of Port Harcourt.
